Strong Wireframing Skill
Understanding of Business Processes
Developing effective relationships with the business Subject Matter
Experts (SMEs) eliciting requirements, analyzing and presenting relevant
information to ensure that key stakeholders have a common expectation of the
quality, scope, cost and benefits of the preferred solution.
Experience in converting user stories to functional requirements
i.e., preparation of Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Requirements
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Manage functional qualification stage
Identification and implementation of industry best practices
(processes, tools, technology) to drive high-quality results throughout business analysis activities
Identify areas of risk and communicate to stakeholders; act as an
escalation point for day-to-day tasks and project issues
Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Effectively communicating insights and plans to various stakeholders
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Perform user acceptance testing and involve in software testing phase
Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Strong Documentation skill
Education: Any Graduate with IT Background
