We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for Ahmedabad. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via in-person interactions, email, chat, or Phone.
  • Stay updated with company policies, product knowledge, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Provide information about services, products, and policies to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Assist customers with account-related tasks, such as account updates, account openings, and transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to improve overall customer experience.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
