Customer Support Executive Job Overview:

We are searching for 2 to 7 years of experienced Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad city. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via multiple channels (Chat, Email, Web Call), ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving queries. This is a non-sales role with a strong focus on problem resolution and client communication.

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Work Mode: In-Office (Work from Office Only)
Shift Timing: Afternoon shifts may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support through Mail, Chat, and Web Calls.
• Communicate effectively with foreign clients, both verbally and in writing
• Work with the technical team (when required)
• Building long-term trust and rapport and Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• To identify problems and offer solutions effectively, you have to utilize strong analytical skills.
• Accounting knowledge is a significant advantage for the role, helping to address queries related to financial transactions, billing, or other accounting-related issues.
• No sales or upselling process is involved in this role.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and helpful responses to inquiries.
• Shift work: Be prepared to work in the afternoon shift as per business needs.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in a service-related role or customer support.
• Strong communication skills in English. (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle customer inquiries via Chat, Web Call, and Web Chat.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting is a valuable asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues.
