  • Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media posts, including images, videos, graphics, and written captions. Ensure that content reflects our brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and customers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and special events. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results and ROI.
  • Audience Insights: Utilize social media analytics tools to gather data, analyze trends, and gain insights into audience behavior, preferences, and demographics. Use insights to inform content strategies and campaign targeting.
  • Social Listening: Monitor social media conversations and trends related to our brand, industry, competitors, and relevant topics. Identify opportunities for engagement, content creation, and reputation management.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and culinary to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives. Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and vendors as needed.
